Step 6. Type the “copy E:\windows\system32\cmd.exe E:\windows\system32\utilman.exe” command, copying the cmd.exe file to the target path.

Step 7. Input “wpeutil reboot” and press “Enter”, closing the CMD under the Win PE, and reopening the system.

Step 8. Click the human icon in the lower right corner of the window, input “net user “Leah George” 2022”, and press “Enter”. Then the PC can be unlocked with the new password “2022”.
