Step 3. Then input “diskpart” and press “Enter”.

Step 4. Type “list volume” and hit “Enter” to display all partitions on the PC, then find out and remember the system drive. Input “exit” and press “Enter”.

Step 5. In the CMD, type “move E:\windows\system32\utilman.exe E:\” (“E” refers to the drive letter of the drive that stores the utilman.exe file) and press “Enter” to move the utilman.exe file.

Step 6. Input “copy E:\windows\system32\cmd.exe E:\windows\system32\utilman.exe” and press “Enter” to copy the cmd.exe file to the target path.

Step 7. Then type “wpeutil reboot” and press “Enter” to reopen your PC.

Step 8. Click the human icon, type net user “Leah George” 2022 to set the password to 2022 and press “Enter”. Input “exit” and press “Enter” to leave CMD.
