Your PC needs to be repaired with error code: 0xc000000f

When I start my Windows 10 computer, the Recovery screen appears. It says "Your PC needs to be repaired". Also, it shows the error code 0xc000000f. It informs that I will need to use the recovery tools on the installation media, but I don't have one. Please guide me on what to do now. Thanks!
