Step 1. Install and launch it, you will see the main interface of this software with the basic environment of your disks. Click the partition which you want to optimize first, and select Partition Alignment under the Advanced tab.

Step 2. It will pop out a window that you can set partition alignment for your SSD. Here, you can check whether the partition has already been optimized.
